ABOUT ME WHEN I’M NOT IN THE POOL, ON MY BIKE OR ON THE TRACK

When I’m not training it means recovery time! this is the sacrifice a professional athlete has to make. At home I have an amazing family to see everyday and spend time with, I have two awesome dogs, a Golden Spaniel (Shandy) and a Belgium Shepard (Duke) to play and have lots of fun with and an Indian ring neck (Tomy) to keep me company.

During my spare time I’m mostly watching TV which would only be on one of the following: MM1, MM2, sport chanels, MTV, and of course Dicovery channel, or I would be surfing the internet on probably the most popular site on the web, Facebook, so I keep updated with news and in touch with Friends and Family. One of my favourite things to do in my spare time is to play on my XBOX, PS3 or PC. only action games!

When I’m not at home I like to spend time with my amazing girlfriend & friends whether its at the beach, movies or even before and after training. when I’m at the beach I will either surf or relax under the sun. One of my favourites is to walk the dogs on the beach. I like it and they absolutely enjoy it! I am very thankful to have a girlfriend that supports me with my sporting career and with my studies.
